He also improved tournament schedule and customer service which resulted in membership growth of 21% and tournament registrations by 30%, leading to revenue growth of over $200,000. Anderson also developed relationships with national sponsors that positively impacted tour operations.
Prior to working at the Legends Junior Tour, Anderson spent over four years as the Director of Junior Golf Operations for the Northern Texas Section PGA of America in Dallas. He managed the day-to-day operations of the NTPGA Junior Golf Foundation and oversaw the development, marketing and implementation of all Junior Golf Foundation programs culminating in a 10% growth annually in membership registrations and tournament rounds played.

A native of Lead, S.D., he was an NAIA student athlete at DSU where he played college football as an undergrad student.
Anderson will spearhead the Hillcats marketing and fundraising initiatives. He will also teach one business class per semester for the RSU School of Business.
“I am extremely excited about the opportunity to join the Rogers State athletics department and the Claremore community,” Anderson said. “Great things are happening at RSU and the staff is forward thinking with a passion for Hillcat Athletics. I am looking forward to contributing to the department and helping in the continued growth of Hillcat Athletics.”
